Well… I let another batch of copper get green, dissolved it, and used it to dye some porcupine quills. They soaked for about a month, but they did finally take a decent color. The jar that I originally made and dissolved the verdigris in never got cleaned and the verdigris solution and copper sat and got very “nice.” I am thinking of drying it out good into crystals to save for future use.
