Prairie du Chien 1814

Finishing some projects

It has been a good couple of weeks.  Since getting new historic clothing done for the kids, I have been able to get some projects done for me.  I finished the checked linen shirt.  I also got a pair of later style pantaloons (tight trousers… the skinny jeans of the period) made out of a nice “mixed cloth.”  As I worked down the to do list, I made a new oilcloth, put a better handle on the hand dague blade...
