If you are doing a 3-pole set up, each of the three poles are a different length. Your rear pole needs to be shortened until cover is on the ground. Then pull down the front which should be the longest of the three. Wind can shift a well set-up lodge also. Keep cover on ground if you have a fire inside, vent through the door. Your cover is fine for Summer set up with no fire inside. Setting up and taking down several times will perfect speed and tight look.

Thanks Billy. It was my first set up and by myself. I could tell that the back was too much and the front a bit wrinkled, but I figured I could fix that when I get a chance later.
